EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY

We believe our service is excellent value for money and we include many features that other agencies charge additionally for, such as, individual sales details with many photographs, floor plans and competitively priced EPC’s.


COMPETITIVE

We also offer a transparent competitive fee structure for both selling & letting. No Hidden Charges and No Sale No Fee. We don’t start with a fixed fee based on an inflated asking price and then not reduce it when the sale price is lower, as many agents do! We don’t have tie-ins with Solicitors or Conveyancers that you have to use, but we can recommend good local firms and we don’t earn fees for referrals to them.


NO UPFRONT OR INSTRUCTION FEES

When appraising properties for sale we always give our experienced & personal opinions and never knowingly inflate the value to gain the instruction. We also cover the costs for the preparation of sales details and other marketing charges, unless additional advertising is agreed with the Client


ACCOMPANIED VIEWINGS

We don’t charge add-ons for extra services. Such as photos, floor plans, AND accompanied viewings


So, WHEN DO WE GET PAID?

We only get paid upon results once a vendor completes the sale on their property, whereas with companies like online agencies you pay them even if they don’t sell your property. That’s money wasted. Also there is no incentive for them to work hard to get a sale through and sort out any problems or issues because they take their money regardless of results. We only get paid on the right result.


LEGAL & FINANCIAL SERVICES

We DO NOT provide a legal or financial service as we believe our clients should have the opportunity to choose their own advisor. However we can make recommendations to experienced professionals who we would be happy to use ourselves.

I have lived and worked all of my life on this wonderful Island. I started my estate agency career in 1985 with a local independent firm and have been an AWEA for over 25 years, most of that time as a Partner/Director. I have a wealth of experience in residential sales and an extensive knowledge of both the rental market & commercial sales and I will expertly negotiate the best price for all clients.

In 1998 after a spell as an account manager for a customer service and sales performance company I found I missed the interaction directly with the client and the challenge of seeing a house sale through to completion. In 2007 I started working at Arthur Wheeler Estate Agents and within a short time I progressed to Sales Manager. I really enjoy going that extra mile for our clients and applicants by passing on my knowledge and experience to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.

Having worked in Residential Lettings since 2010 I have gained the experience and knowledge required to manage a busy lettings department. I enjoy helping clients and dealing with the daily challenges letting entails. The most rewarding part of my role is when the keys are handed over to one of our many rental properties. Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit and spending quality time with my growing family.
